Q: how can i pay for my purchase?

A: Paypal is our primary source for all your shopping needs

Q: what are my shipping options?

A: we currently ship all parcels via Canada Post regular air mail. this does not include package tracking

Q: do you offer combined shipping?

A: certainly! each commodity has it's own shipping price for the first item and every item you add is just $1.00 (up to 8). bulk orders will require a custom quote, so please contact us prior to your purchase

Q: when will you ship my order?

A: all orders have a shipping & handling time of 3 days. this is for regular website orders and not for custom/special orders

Q: do you accept returns?

A: due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns at this time. that being said, we will do our best to rectify any issues you may have. please use the "Contact" option to get in touch with us directly!
